exhale. Repeat this three to five times. To relax your muscles, lie down on a
flat surface. Then, tense and loosen up your arms and legs one at a time to
soothe the muscles. Then try raising and lowering your legs one at a time as
your arms relax on the floor.
Through
exercise and relaxation, you are reducing your stress levels significantly.

exercise and relaxation have already improved your overall health as they
